These are exciting times for the organization. They have a clear strategic plan with growth at the forefront of the agenda. As such, they are looking to appoint a high-calibre Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations to this exciting role.

Based at the organization’s regional HQ in Reno, you will have full accountability for Total Rewards and Compensation and HR operations for the business. Additionally, you will manage a talented team responsible for Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Total Rewards

You will manage a broad range of hands on and strategic initiatives encompassing full end to end Total Rewards and Compensation activities, this will include amongst others;

• Supports the year-end compensation cycle administration, including salary increases and corporate incentive bonus programs.

• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings/interactions each year.

• Partner with Human Resource Business Partners regularly, providing expert compensation guidance and recommendations.

• Perform a deep analysis of the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model the potential impact of alternatives.

• Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal assessment and regularly analyze market positioning on all roles.

• Research and formulate recommendations on external and internal employment offers, job leveling, and internal equity adjustments.

• Overseeing benefits administration, leave of absence administration and company wellness initiatives.

• Identify opportunities, technology and tools to enable the business to lead on process improvement initiatives and best practice in all aspects of Total Rewards.

• Accountable for all data analytics, benchmarking and vendor selection for all Total Rewards activities.

Human Resource Operations

Manage a broad range of HR Operational activities including;

• Analyze business requirements to meet data management needs. Ensures integrity of internal database files, tables, and reports.

• Compile or assist with acquiring complex data reports and summaries requested by senior executives and HR staff.

• Implement handover of solutions to the HR Business Partner and the HR Executive Team for strategic business recommendation and implementation.

• This exciting position demands an individual who enjoys a highly visible role and a growth agenda.

• Ideally, degree qualified, you will understand the demands and drivers required to initiate high impact Total Rewards, Compensation and HR Operational solutions for the business.

• You will have substantial experience driving a diverse range of programs and initiatives across the complete Total Rewards, Compensation and HR Operations spectrum, where you can pinpoint tangible improvements.

• Your background will, therefore, most likely have been gained in a dynamic forward-thinking organization, most likely in a best-in-class industry sector where you will have demonstrated measurable success in developing and implementing Total Rewards, Compensation and HR Operation strategies that support business objectives in a centre of expertise or back-office environment.

• You will have extensive ‘Stakeholder Management’ experience – including the ability to work closely with internal HR and business leaders.
